Tenurex accounts are secured by the platform sign-in service. Password resets are issued from the sign-in screen itself — we never email temporary passwords or ask you to confirm credentials in a chat.
Open the sign-in screen and choose “Forgot password” to receive a reset link at your registered email.
If the email no longer matches your tenancy, ask your property manager to update it in Tenurex.
