Tenurex
Privacy
How information is handled inside the Tenurex property operations platform, for property managers and the residents who use the resident portal.
Last updated October 3, 2026
What Tenurex stores
Account details (your name, email, and login), tenancy details (your unit, lease dates, rent amount, and balance), maintenance requests you submit — including any photos you attach — messages exchanged with property management, and payment records such as amounts, dates, and the reference returned by the payment provider.
Who can see your information
You can see your own tenancy: your unit, lease, ledger, requests, documents, and messages. Staff at the property management organization that manages your home can see the records for the properties they manage. Records are checked on the server for every request, so one resident cannot reach another resident’s information by changing an address or an identifier.
Payments
Rent payments are processed by our payment provider. Card and bank details are entered on the provider’s own secure page and are never stored by Tenurex. We keep the amount, date, status, and the provider’s reference so your ledger and receipts stay accurate — and payment status only becomes final once the provider confirms it.
What residents do not receive
Internal risk scoring, owner information, management financials, internal notes, staff-only communication, and private management documents stay on the management side of the platform.
Keeping records
Tenancy, ledger, and maintenance history is retained while your tenancy and the organization’s account are active, so balances, notices, and work orders stay auditable. Sensitive actions taken in the platform are recorded in an audit log.
Your choices
You can update your contact details from the resident portal. To correct something that belongs to your lease or ledger, send a message to property management from the portal — those records are maintained by the organization that manages your home.
Questions
Ask your property manager through the Messages section of the resident portal, or use the management contact shown in your portal under My Home.
