Using Tenurex

Tenurex is a property operations platform used by property management organizations and by residents. Management accounts are for the organization’s staff. Resident accounts are for the person named on the tenancy and are linked to that tenancy, not to the property as a whole.

Your account

Keep your login to yourself and keep your contact details current in the portal — management relies on them for notices and service appointments. If you believe someone else has access to your account, sign out and tell your property manager so it can be reset.

Your tenancy agreement still governs

Using the platform does not change the terms of your lease. Rent amounts, due dates, late fees, notice periods, and obligations come from your lease and your local law. The ledger in the resident portal reflects the records maintained by your property manager.

Payments

Rent payments are collected through our payment provider and become final when the provider confirms them. Partial payments, autopay, and any payment plan options are available only when the property management organization has enabled them for your property.

Maintenance and access

When you submit a request you confirm the information you provide is accurate, including whether entry is permitted and whether pets are on site. Emergencies should always be reported to emergency services and your property’s emergency line, not only through the portal.

Acceptable use

Do not use the platform to upload unlawful content, to attempt to reach records that are not yours, or to interfere with its operation. Accounts found doing so can be suspended.

Availability

The platform is provided as-is and may be unavailable during maintenance. Records are kept accurate by the organization that manages your property; if something looks wrong, message property management from the portal.

Contact

Questions about these terms: ask your property manager through the Messages section of the resident portal, or use the management contact shown in your portal under My Home.
